PBB retrospective: Why Anouschka Renzi found the garden harder than the jungle camp. After leaving Promi Big Brother 2026, the actress compared her experiences in the two programs. In a Joyn interview published on October 23, she focused on hunger, a lack of sleep and the pressure created by constant observation.
Hunger and poor sleep
Renzi initially described both shows as similarly demanding. On reflection, however, she judged the PBB garden to have been harder for her. Alongside the lack of sleep, she said the feeling of hunger had been particularly difficult. She recalled experiencing the jungle camp differently.
She also identified the limited opportunity to recover as a problem in both formats. This is her personal account of taking part. It does not establish a general comparison of the health effects of different reality programs.
Cameras can create a sense of expectation
Renzi additionally described feeling that she had to keep viewers entertained while the cameras were running. She found it difficult to switch off completely when she was also thinking about how audiences might respond to her.
This retrospective adds context to the exit result already reported by RSHOF. The interview concerns her experience after participating; it is not a new departure or a return to the house today. The completed season remains available through Joyn, while her comments explain which everyday restrictions she found particularly demanding.
