CoupleChallenge Halloween: RTLZWEI schedules the season across two nights. The Halloween Edition is listed for October 30 and 31, 2026, starting at 8:15 p.m. on both evenings. Eight episodes are spread across Friday and Saturday. For viewers who have been waiting for the television broadcast, the weekend offers a concentrated introduction to the camp and its challenges.

This schedule differs from RTL+ streaming, which began on October 9 with two new episodes a week. The television event is an additional broadcast rather than a new season launch. Below are the announced start times, the structure of the weekend, and the essential background on the show. The guide does not reveal the winners or identify teams that leave the competition.

CoupleChallenge Halloween on television: Friday’s schedule

On Friday, October 30, RTLZWEI opens with episode 1 at 8:15 p.m. The evening therefore begins at the start of the Halloween Edition. Episode 2 is scheduled for 9:15 p.m. The broadcaster’s official listings then place episode 3 at 10:30 p.m. and episode 4 at 11:30 p.m. Anyone planning to watch the first half in one sitting should allow for a long evening.

The intervals between episode starts are not identical. Episode 2 begins an hour after the premiere, while episode 3 starts 75 minutes later. When setting a recording, the individual program entry is therefore more useful than assuming every episode starts at the same minute. These broadcast slots also do not establish an identical running time, excluding advertising, for all four episodes.

Saturday continues with episodes 5 through 8

The second evening starts on Saturday, October 31, at 8:15 p.m. RTLZWEI resumes the season with episode 5. Episode 6 is listed for 9:15 p.m., followed by episode 7 at 10:25 p.m. and episode 8 at 11:25 p.m. All times in this guide are local German time. Halloween night thus takes viewers through the second half of the announced eight-episode television event.

There is an important distinction for anyone joining on Saturday: the story does not start over. Viewers who want to meet the teams, discover the camp, and follow the first tasks should begin with episode 1. The broadcaster presents the two nights as one connected event. The exact times remain scheduled slots and can change. Check the linked daily listings before watching or recording.

What makes this Halloween Edition different

RTLZWEI describes the edition as a combination of a reality competition and a horror setting. Six couples initially move into a camp in Saxony. The advertised possible prize is up to €66,600. Frightening tasks, unexpected scares, and curses are part of the announced presentation. The setting gives the teams’ competition a very different backdrop from an ordinary vacation property.

The amount is the broadcaster’s advertised potential jackpot. It does not confirm the final payout. Similarly, the official group photograph shows the starting cast rather than a later lineup of finalists. For the participants and their existing RSHOF records, see our CoupleChallenge show guide. The photograph itself does not establish whether any team remains in the camp or how a challenge ends.

Streaming and television have different release schedules

The official announcement names October 9 as the RTL+ launch, followed by two new episodes each week. For linear television, it specifically names the two nights of October 30 and 31. Someone already watching online may therefore be further into the story than a viewer tuning in for the first time on Friday. A television preview should not automatically be treated as news of a newly released streaming episode.

This guide deliberately leaves the results open. It does not reveal winners, identify departing participants, or state the outcome of a challenge. An announced broadcast is also not presented as an event that has already aired. That lets viewers plan the weekend without learning the season’s decisions before their first evening at the camp. Check the relevant service directly for its current episode availability.
